2023 HBCU-UP/CREST PI-PD Meeting

The 2023 HBCU-UP/CREST PI-PD Meeting will be held in Washington, D.C. on February 8-9, 2023.The HBCU-UP/CREST PI-PD Meeting will be hybrid. The plenaries, break-out, and business meeting sessions will be in-person and live-streamed. The PI/Co-PI poster session will be virtual only.

The objective of the HBCU‐UP/CREST PI-PD Meeting is to provide Principal Investigators, Project Directors, and others with an opportunity to: (1) learn about and share STEM research results; (2) learn about and share innovative strategies for recruiting, preparing, and retaining undergraduate students; (3) learn about other grant opportunities at NSF; and (4) make new connections and create collaborations.

Registration for the PI-PD Meeting will open in September 2022. If you did not receive an invitation to register, please register here. 

Hotel Information: 

The 2023 HBCU-UP/CREST PI-PD Meeting will be held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel (2500 Calvert Street NW, Washington, DC 20008). To book your hotel reservation at the conference hotel, please access this link.

Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and the deadline to reserve hotel accommodations for the Omni Shoreham Hotel is January 17, 2023.

Please note: This meeting is sharing hotel space with the ERN Conference participants.  When booking hotel reservations, make sure that you select the correct hotel nights for the HBCU-UP/CREST PI-PD meeting, as indicated above.
