2026 ERN Conference Information

The 2026 Emerging Researchers National (ERN) Conference in STEM was held in Atlanta, Georgia on March 19th – 21st, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta (265 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30303). The conference began with the opening plenary session at 6:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, and concluded at 9:00 PM on Saturday, March 21.

Student STEM Research Abstracts and Travel Awards

  • Opened at 2:00pm EST on Monday, August 18th, 2025
  • Deadline extended to 11:59pm EST on Friday, September 19th, 2025
    Decisions were sent to applicants on October 27th, 2025.

General Registration

  • Opened at 2:00pm EST on Monday, August 18th, 2025
  • The deadline was extended to 11:59pm EST on January 16th, 2026.

Exhibitor Registration

  • Opened at 2:00pm EST on Monday, August 18th, 2025
  • The deadline was extended to 11:59pm EST on January 16th, 2026.

The 2026 ERN Conference was held at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. The hotel is located at 265 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30303. Click here for the hotel reservation link. Hotel reservations for the conference were available on a first come, first served basis. The deadline to book the hotel room reservation was February 27, 2026.
