LSAMP PI/PD and BD Meeting

The 2019 LSAMP PI/PD and BD Meeting will be held on February 19-21, 2019, in Washington, D.C.

The objective of the LSAMP PI/PD and BD Meeting is to provide Principal Investigators, Project Directors, BD Students and others with an opportunity to: (1) learn about and share STEM research results; (2) learn about and share innovative strategies for recruiting, preparing, and retaining undergraduate students; (3) learn about other grant opportunities at NSF; and (4) make new connections and create collaborations.

The LSAMP PI/PD track will begin at 6:00pm on Tuesday, February 19th with check-in and conclude on Thursday, February 21st at 3:00pm. BD Project Directors will conclude at 9:00pm on Thursday, February 21st.

The BD Meeting track will begin Wednesday, February 20th at 5:45pm and conclude at 9:00pm on Thursday, February 21st.

Registration opened on Monday, October 1, 2018. If you have not received an email invitation to register for both the LSAMP PI/PD and BD Meeting tracks, please contact us.

Important Deadlines

  • BD Student Poster Abstract Submission Deadline: December 14, 2018
  • Hotel Reservation Deadline: January 29, 2019
  • Meeting Registration Deadline: January 25, 2019
  • Meeting Registration Cancellation Deadline: February 1, 2019
